Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler has a similar style as The Cinema Snob, but she is more inclined towards obsessively watching dumb action films. After gaining some fame on the forums on Channel Awesome (under her previous name Obscurus Lupa) She began to review films in the latter half of 2009. She remained on the site until the beginning of 2015 when the channel Obscurus Lupa Presents was retooled into Movie Nights. She has two podcasts co-hosted as well as a show that covers Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Her videos can be seen here and here. There are also her videos on Twitter and Tumblr. Can't get enough Allison? Ninja the Mission Force has her on a roll in her role Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was also her first film. and was often a guest on his TV show Midnight Screenings typically reviewing terrible film for children or RiffTrax live-streamed shows, in addition to the occasional adult comedy (including of course Baywatch (2017)). The reviewer began her journey in late 2009, gaining recognition on Channel Awesome forums. Channel Awesome forums before officially joining the network's family of reviewers. She's appeared on numerous Channel Awesome episodes, including Atop the Fourth Wall as and Phelous & the Movies. She and Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would frequently be featured in shows like Nostalgia Critic.
