Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. Most people know me via my Instagram @annephung, where I share my daily life, highs and lows, as well as everything in between. When I was 1 year old My family and I moved into America. If it weren't due to the dedication of my parents, I may not exist today to share this life with you. Being aware of the possibility to have a brighter future, I worked hard to be their proudest and was a shrewd entrepreneur in the direction of the success. There was a specific plan for me in life: go to university, get a job, get married, buy the house, and then have kids. My goal was to attend college after graduation, and then find a corporate job. After that, I'd marry, buy a house and have kids. However, life was not so sure. In 2013, I found the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. While the pay and status were good but I did not feel that it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was just wasting my time. It was in 2013 that I discovered my love was exercising. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to assist others. In the process of pursuing this direction change in my life, I discovered private training. In this year, I am celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I started my own small business. In this field, there are not many Asian females. It is my goal to be a positive influencer within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their personal needs and goals. Furthermore, I try to motivate others to follow their dreams and goals so that they can achieve what they would like to accomplish. When my business was taking off, I lost my mother. It was the worst of all. To be in Heaven she rests now in peace after a long battle with the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry my Mom with me and dream of her every day. Although you may not be able to see it at first, life can be a bit elusive in offering us the things we need. My mother's death affected me greatly and I believe she gave me another chance to live my life. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right for her to transition to her next chapter as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. My 30's are the first time I really feel I'm living my life. My life is shared with my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences and words. It will allow you to know you're not alone. You are capable of accomplishing anything you wish and more. Therapy is necessary and normal. Health is the greatest wealth. Because death is all we have in life I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
