Arike Ogunbowale
Arike Ogunbowale (born April 2, 1985) is an American professional basket ball player. She plays for Dallas Wings and the Women's National Basketball Association. Arike Ogunbowale played college basketball playing for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish before being selected by the Wings as the fifth overall selection for the 2019 WNBA. Arike Ogunbowale's father and mother Yolanda Ogunbowale & Gregory Ogunbowale were born March 2nd, 1997 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mario Ogunbowale and Dare Ogunbowale are both 20-years old. As the youngest of her siblings, she was the one who was most spoilt from her family. Gregory, her father, was involved in the Nigerian Army quite a while. Ogunbowale has a thriving family history. She also lists 739 rebounds. Ogunbowale played in the 2013 U16 FIBA Americas Championships 2014 FIBA U17 World Championships 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championships where she won Gold Medals. In 2014, the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team was announced on 7th July 2014. Ogunbowale she is currently entering her first year of collegiate play she was selected as the ACC All-Freshman Team.
