Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports career at the age of fourteen. In addition to BJJ training as well, she was also trained in boxing, wrestling, and kickboxing. At age 18, she made her amateur debut at WCFC. Ladd had an amazing 3 fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat. In each of the three bouts she beat her opponent right in the first round. Then, she returned to WCFC in which she beat Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia B beghian as well as Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen in a unanimous vote. The loss put a mark on the record of Ladd's amateur. Ladd won her next fight with Roma Pawelek to improve to an 8-1 record. Aspen was first introduced to the sport in 2015after signing with Invicta FC for her professional debut. She faced Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11, where she dominated her in the first round to win a TKO. Invicta Fc 16 was her debut fight in the Bantamweight division. Aspen defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in second round. Aspen used the superior abilities she acquired in wrestling to defeat McGill. She won the fight with a TKO (3rd round) (elbows, punches). Aspen took on Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. Aspen fought Hoy in an opponent with a catchweight (138.1lb) because Ladd did not gain weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy and was able to knock her out in the 2nd round via TKO. Her final fight with Promotion, she beat Sijara Eubanks via unanimous decision at Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She dominated Lina by using the ground and pound strategy, resulting in the TKO 2nd round win. In her next fight, she defeated Tonya Evinger with a more stunning victory. Ladd defeated Evinger by a punch in the initial round, she was awarded a performance of the night bonus. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes was in the UFC's Fight Night dos Anjos Lee match with Eubanks' Sijara was the first match she's had in a major role. Ladd won the night's fight bonus after both fighters fought hard in a tense back and forth battle. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie finished Ladd within 16 seconds of the fight, breaking her streak to win. After a short break her return to the ring and finished Yana Kunizkaya during the UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. In a recent match replacement in the UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. She lost by unanimous decision.
